YMCA Canada collab: Motivating exercise videos just for you

ParticipACTION is proud to once again partner with YMCA Canada to give people across our nation inspiration to get moving through a new batch of fun, motivating and expert-led exercise videos. The videos are available to you on our Exercise Videos page!
