Les enfants sont plus enclins &#xE0; manger des plats qu&#x2019;ils ont aid&#xE9; &#xE0; pr&#xE9;parer. En plus, ils acquerront des aptitudes culinaires qu&#x2019;ils appr&#xE9;cieront et utiliseront toute leur vie.&#xA0;&#xBB;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Comment faire pour maintenir un r&#xE9;gime alimentaire &#xE9;quilibr&#xE9; lorsque l&#x2019;on a un horaire tr&#xE8;s charg&#xE9;?<\/h2>\n<p>&#xAB; Planifiez vos repas pour les prochains jours et pr&#xE9;parez les repas &#xE0; l&#x2019;avance. Soit vous pr&#xE9;parez une grande quantit&#xE9; de nourriture que vous s&#xE9;parez en portions, ou bien vous coupez quelques l&#xE9;gumes &#xE0; l&#x2019;avance.
